Choosing to restore your missing teeth with dental implants is a lifetime investment in your health, confidence, and ability to eat without restriction. However, because every patient’s jawbone structure is unique, implant pricing in Dubai and Sharjah can seem complicated. This transparent guide breaks down exactly what you are paying for when you invest in a premium dental implant.
The total cost of your treatment depends heavily on how many teeth need replacing and the specific brand of the titanium implant used.
1. Single Tooth Implant: A complete single implant (which includes the surgical titanium post, the connecting abutment, and the final custom ceramic crown) generally ranges from 2,500 AED to 6,000+ AED.
2. Full Mouth Restoration (All-on-4): If you are missing an entire arch of teeth, the All-on-4 technique supports a full row of teeth on just 4 implants. This comprehensive surgical and restorative package typically ranges from 15,000 AED to 35,000+ AED per arch.
If you receive varying quotes from different clinics, it is usually due to these four critical factors:
1. Implant Brand & Engineering: Premium European and Swiss brands (like Straumann or Nobel Biocare) cost more upfront but have decades of clinical research proving their superior bone-integration success rates.
2. Bone Grafting: If a tooth has been missing for a long time, your jawbone may have shrunk. You may require a bone graft (typically costing between 1,000 AED and 3,000 AED) to build a strong foundation before the implant can be placed.
3. The Final Crown Material: The visible “tooth” attached to the implant can be made from basic PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) or premium, highly aesthetic Zirconia or E-Max ceramics.
4. Surgeon Expertise: Implantology is a highly complex surgical field. You are paying for the safety, precision, and decades of experience of a master implantologist.
Be highly cautious of clinics advertising "extremely cheap" dental implants. Budget clinics often use generic, unbranded titanium screws that carry a higher risk of rejection or mechanical failure, and frequently exclude the cost of the abutment and crown from their advertised price. Always ask for a 'comprehensive quote' that includes all three parts of the implant.
Most standard health insurance plans in the UAE classify dental implants as a cosmetic or elective procedure and do not cover them. However, some premium dental-specific tiers may cover a portion of the final ceramic crown. We advise checking directly with your provider.
Absolutely. Because implant treatment spans several months, we offer flexible, 0% interest payment plans. You can split your investment across the surgical phase and the final restorative phase to make the process comfortable for your budget.
